The Psychiatry IT team provides support to over 140 University-owned computers and their users on the Psychiatry network. We also assist all department members with finding computing resources and solutions that match their needs and situation.
SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR IT SUPPORT
If you require assistance from Psychiatry IT for issues related to email, UBC-owned computers or laptops, or other IT tools maintained by the Department, please submit your request to psychiatry.it@ubc.ca or call 604-827-5695 with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Asset number of your computer (bottom of laptops and notebooks)
- A detailed description of the issue, and if possible, a screenshot of any error messages (Windows Snipping Tool or macOS Grab) or other details
- How this issue is impacting your work

Submit your Help Request anytime to get your request into the queue, and the Psychiatry IT team will get back you as soon as possible to assist in resolving the issue during service hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
